General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL / KVKK) and in alignment with GDPR, as the data controller we inform you about the processing of your personal data:
1. Processed Personal Data
- Identity data: Name and surname.
- Contact data: Email address.
- Location data: On-device GPS/location data when you grant permission.
- User activity data: Password (hashed), EV battery capacity, login records, favorite operator preferences and push subscription data (push tokens, etc.).
2. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating your user account and performing authentication,
- Calculating EV station prices specifically for you (based on battery capacity),
- Notifying you of price changes in your favorite operators (via email, in-app and push),
- Identifying the nearest EV stations on the map or list (only if you provide instant location permission),
- Fulfillment of our legal obligations.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your collected data is NEVER shared with third parties at home or abroad, except for authorized public institutions and organizations due to legal requirements. Analytical data can only be shared anonymously with Google servers based in the USA via Google Analytics if you consent.
4. Data Subject Rights
As data subjects, you have the following rights under current data protection regulations:
- Learning whether personal data is processed,
- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Requesting correction if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting their deletion.
